Workshop Overview

Emotional Intelligence plays a critical role in how supervisors lead, communicate, and respond under pressure. This interactive workshop is designed to help supervisors better understand their own emotional patterns and how those patterns influence their effectiveness at work.
Participants will complete a Social and Emotional Intelligence assessment prior to or during the session and receive individualized results. Using those results as a foundation, we will explore the four quadrants of Emotional Intelligence and discuss how each area connects directly to supervision, decision-making, communication, and team dynamics.
This session is engaging and reflective, with opportunities for discussion, application, and practical planning. Participants will leave with greater self-awareness and specific strategies for strengthening their supervisory impact.
