Workshop Overview
This workshop is designed to help new and developing supervisors to understand the most effective ways to communicate in the workplace. Participants will learn through engaging activities the most effective way to communicate to their subordinates and each other. They will learn first hand the difference between teaching and telling and the best way to improve employee performance. Plus, they will learn the most effective way to resolve conflict in the workplace.

1. Differentiate between the coaching and telling
2. Determine effective strategies for resolving conflict in the workplace
3. Practice the steps to a successful coaching conversation
