Workshop Overview
This highly engaging workshop provides participants with an overview of helping individuals understand different communication and working styles. Attendees will learn about various models available in helping supervisors see how each style approaches communication, decision-making, and workplace interactions. Participants will learn about their own working style and how if effects their interaction with others.
The session will help by increasing self-awareness, improving collaboration, and developing strategies to communicate more effectively with others. Participants will gain practical tools to recognize diverse communication preferences, reduce misunderstandings, strengthen working relationships, and enhance overall team effectiveness.
Learning Objectives:
-Identify the various models available to help supervisors better understand the different perspectives of their employees.
-Participate in an inventory exercise to discover how their own working style effects their interaction with others.
-Identify ways to improve employee interaction.
