Workshop Overview
Workplace investigations can feel intimidating for new supervisors, especially when emotions are high and the stakes are real. This workshop is designed to help supervisors approach workplace issues with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
Participants will learn how to recognize when an issue requires documentation or escalation, how to gather information in a fair and professional way, and how to create records that support both people and the organization. The focus is not on “playing detective,” but on understanding the supervisor’s role in noticing concerns early, documenting appropriately, and partnering effectively with Human Resources when needed.
This session is practical and interactive. Participants will work through realistic scenarios, practice documentation, and engage in hands-on activities that reflect the kinds of situations supervisors face in real workplaces.

Upon successful completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
