Workshop Overview

This workshop is designed to help new and developing supervisors to understand how teams function most effectively in the workplace. More than just a cliche "Teamwork makes the Dream work", teams are about maximizing productivity and efficiency. They are an essential component of any working system. Throughout the session, participants will engage in activities that demonstrate why teams are essential, the stages of team development, and how to organize work in a team setting.
